4to, 4 parts and supplement bound in 2 volumes, separate title-pages and prelims. to each part but text is continuously paginated in each vol., folding col. map in vol. 1, engraved frontispiece to supplement, a little light foxing, contemporary diced russia, 2-line gilt fillet borders with inner borders of leafy scrolls in blind, gilt spines, edges marbled, a little minor wear but still a fine sound copy. Bound by Henington, Ingram Court, Fenchurch St. with his ticket in each volume.
Bound at the end of vol.2 are 3 pages entitled “Elegaic Stanzas, Sacred to the Memory and Virtues of Viscount Boringdon... who died of a Decline at Paris, Nov. 1. 1817, in the 12th year of his Age. By the Rev. Thomas Maurice, A.M.” with the imprint at foot of p. 3 “Maurice, Printer, Fenchurch-street”
